Hi, I’m Sarah.

I have always been a spiritual person, though life has not always taken me where I expected. I originally planned to become a high school English teacher and earned my BA from the University of La Verne, but motherhood and chronic autoimmune conditions led me down a different path.

Those experiences made me think deeply about purpose, healing, and how I could still help others. I found joy in bringing my therapy dog to nursing homes and seeing the peace she gave people - a beautiful blend of science and something that felt a little magical.

Hypnosis has always fascinated me for that same reason. After years of studying its benefits, I was recently certified by the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy. Now, I look forward to helping others on their own journeys through life, healing, and spiritual awareness.

    You will be brought into a deep state of hypnosis, and guided through 3 past lives, and the time between lives. This is useful in finding patterns in your lives, lessons learned, and those that need to be learned (one hypnotherapy session required to book).

  • Group Hypnosis / Guided Meditation

    Online via Zoom or in-person

    Group sessions can support relaxation, stress relief, productivity, communication, and other shared goals. Each session also includes self-hypnosis guidance for continued practice afterward.
